The Rowen comb takes up to 10 working days to produce plus delivery times.

RETURNS

I hope you love your purchase but if you don't I gladly accept returns for exchange or store credit. For full details on returns please read my returns policy here. 

UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail £5.95 which takes 1/2 working days.

Irish orders are shipped with An Post (no customs will be charged) and take 1/2 working days.

International orders are shipped with Royal Mail £12.95 and can take between 5/7 working days plus customs processing times.

I’ve extended my usual returns timeframe to give customers peace of mind when shopping during the festive period.

I'm happy to offer a credit note for items purchased online from Monday 28th October 2024. Simply return your item unused until Sunday 5th January 2025.
